By S R Ranjan: A born pure-soul, a child, has the divine and absolute human rights to be ‘equally’ loved and cared by both mother and father! Why fathers have to beg for his child? If the whole world talks of gender-equality everywhere then you all need to start talking about equality of the human rights over child(s) for MenToo! If Women can do everything, MenToo can do everything, Correct? Who has created this inhuman cruelty and social stigma of separating a father from his child and denying him from the love and affection of his son or daughter, when he most deserves it and needs it? Justice as equality has to be gender-neutral! “Injustice anywhere is a threat to injustice everywhere,” said Martin Luther King, Jr.
Not in general, but even likely, who has given the ‘empowerment’ or the ‘supremacy’ to anyone to voluntarily, unjustifiably, official or non-officially deny the father the ‘very birth right’ over his child(s)? What ‘unjustified’ law and ‘evil’ soul can do such ‘atrocious’ crime to humanity under the so-called created ‘isms’? We all know the truth, the reality, and the growing ‘trend’ and ‘drift’ in the society, being ‘supported’ and even ‘encouraged’, needless to say which is ruining/destroying the institution of marriage and family. Do not forget that we all will grow old to understand its values. We have to break the stereotype perceptions and stand for what is just right, honestly without any falsehoods.
How can any father be debarred, prevented, blocked by someone from meeting/talking to his kid(s) deliberately, purposely and in self-vengeance, when he has the equal and same rights over his child. Why does the law, legal system and administration remain silent or in denial and bias of the basic human rights until and unless proven otherwise – ‘guilty’ or ‘innocent’. Who gave anyone the power to choose? A child will never wish for anything like this unless he/she is matured enough to take the decision due to some ‘forced’ circumstances. “If we do not maintain justice, justice will not maintain us,” said Francis Bacon.
A man or husband and a woman or wife can have their own personal/official differences and reasonable/unreasonable issues, but neither of them should or have the right, authority, rationale to stop/prohibit/block the either of them form meeting, talking or having the love and care of the child. It is an inhuman cruelty and torture not just the father, but also the child who is forcibly been not allowed to meet the father. The well-being and better growth of the child is with both mother and the father.
Pages from the history till today manifest the atrocities being done against women. The society is evolving, laws have been made to protect women, law enforcement bodies like National Commission for Women (NCW), Crime Against Women (CAW) Cell and various other legal system have been created for women’s safety and security, but in today’s time, people from all walks of life, even retired court judges, lawyers and the police system agree and state that laws like 498A and women protection cell like CAW are being widely ‘misused’ against men and husband. MenToo face domestic violence, cruelty, rape, etc. where will the men go? Men do not have laws nor do they have a commission like National Commission for Men, to seek any legal remedy or fight for their rights. Likewise, men/fathers are being ignored, denied or treated unequally on his rights over his child. MenToo are equal parents and guardian of the child not just a visitor.
Every family has male members and women members, Correct! If one man or a woman is doing wrong in any one family, it may be happen the same with either a man or woman in the other family. So one the family is suffering everywhere, Correct! Pledge for justice as equality and gender-neutral. Laws should be gender-neutral!
