Men’s Rights are Human Rights!

Equality before law and equal protection of the laws without any discrimination based on sex or gender must be the rule of law governing principles, social and legal practice basis by law enforcement, lawmakers courts of law as due process of law?

Gender-Equability includes Men Too!

Why are men not granted gender-neutral laws, equal legal rights for their protection, safeguard as Equality before Law or Equal protection of the Laws?

Men are considered ‘guilty’ until proven ‘innocent’ and made soft /easy victims of incarceration to rot in jails for years mostly as undertrias? Men are denied the National Commission for Men equal rights, protection of the laws?

Men are mostly judged unequally predominantly with gender-bias, injustice in matters of rape, marriages, matrimonial cases like divorce, alimony, maintenance, cruelty, domestic violence, child parenting?

Men are denied equal parenting of his child and he has to fight custody cases for his own child and are inhumanly, cruelly made Visitors of his child? In India, just 25% of Fathers get access to Kids. Research reveals the plight of parental alienation, despite fathers trying hard, pleading before Courts for visitation rights, a NGO Study.

Judiciary, Legislature, Executive is silent, turned a blind eyed doesn’t act on the rule of law

justice, equality, liberty?

“Justice does not require that men must stand idly by while others destroy the basis of their existence.”

Men are not ‘Second-class’ citizens.Men Too are killed, murdered, raped, physically and mentally assaulted...face domestic violence, cruelty, abuse…are victims of crimes, injustices that force them to commit suicide…but neither there are specific or same laws for protection of men nor legislated as equality before law.

Men are dying by suicide, suffering by injustice, hurting by biased laws and abuse of legal process? Men are becoming victims of false cases by the misuse of laws. Judgement of false cases is undermining jurisprudence and justice? No legal or judicial deterrence against false cases is encouraging misuse of laws and abuse of judicial process? Why No "Records" on "Crime Against Men"?

No One Cares!
